The economics are simple: a consultant desktop review runs $400–$1,500 per site. A Struqt report is $15, or $99 a month for 25 on Pro ($3.96 each if you use the allowance). The $400 you save by screening out one bad site covers four months of Pro.
When a plan is worth it, and when it isn't
Screening the odd site? Stay on pay-as-you-go. Your first report is $15, each one after that is $12, and those credits never expire. No plan beats that for a report or two a month, and we would rather say so than sell you one.
Essentials costs less from your fourth report in a month ($15 for the first then $12 each is $51, or $48 in top-ups alone, against $39 for 5). Pro takes over from your 12th (against Essentials plus $9 top-ups), and adds the scenario workspace, Build Finder across three states and saved shortlists. Screening for a whole team, or putting your own logo on what the client sees, is Business.
Extra reports beyond a plan's allowance are cheaper the higher your plan: $9 on Essentials, $6 on Pro.

Do I actually need a subscription?
Only if you screen more than a few sites a month, and we would rather tell you that than sell you one. Pay-as-you-go is $15 for your first report and $12 for each one after that, and those credits never expire. Essentials ($39 for 5 reports) works out cheaper from your fourth report in a month (from your third on annual billing, if that volume holds every month); Pro ($99 for 25) from your 12th, against Essentials plus $9 top-ups. Subscribers also pay less for extra reports: $9 on Essentials, $6 on Pro. For one or two reports a month, pay as you go is never dearer, and it is the one we will point you at.
Can I put my own branding on reports?
Yes. Business-tier reports are white-label: your logo on the PDF your client receives. Business is priced per seat with a three-seat minimum, so it starts at $237 a month ($79 a seat); the seat rate drops to $69 at 5-9 seats and $59 at 10+. Seat changes are made from the billing portal in your account.
