Screening the odd site? Stay on pay-as-you-go. Your first report is $15, each one after that is $12, and they never expire. No plan beats that at low volume, and we would rather say so than sell you one.
Essentials costs less from your fourth report in a month ($48 pay-as-you-go against $39 for 5). Pro takes over from your 12th, and adds scenario comparison, Build Finder across three states and saved shortlists. Screening for a whole team, or putting your own logo on what the client sees, is Business.
Extra reports beyond a plan's allowance are cheaper the higher your plan: $9 on Essentials, $6 on Pro.

Do I actually need a subscription?

Pay-as-you-go is $15 for your first report and $12 for each one after that, and those credits never expire. Essentials ($39 for 5 reports) works out cheaper from your fourth report in a month; Pro ($99 for 25) from your 12th. Subscribers also pay less for extra reports: $9 on Essentials, $6 on Pro. Below that, pay as you go is genuinely the better deal, and it is the one we will point you at.
Can I put my own branding on reports?
Yes. Business-tier reports are white-label: your logo on the PDF your client receives. Per-seat pricing is $79/month at the three-seat minimum, dropping to $69 (5-9 seats) and $59 (10+), and seats can be added or removed at any time.
