Data sources and licences
Struqt is built on Australian government data. This page acknowledges every publisher whose data compiles our feasibility reports, and names the licence where the publisher states one plainly. Where a jurisdiction's terms are more involved than a single licence name, we link to the publisher's own terms rather than summarise them. Specific dataset choices and integration details are intentionally omitted: attribution is owed to the publisher, not to our internal use. We select, combine and re-project these datasets to build each report, and no publisher endorses Struqt or its reports.

Queensland council planning schemes
Queensland zoning is published per council. Where a report uses a council's own zoning data, its sources page names that council and its credit, and names a licence only where we verified it at its source. Zoning shown is indicative only and does not imply council endorsement: confirm current zoning with the relevant council before acting.
Queensland Priority Development Areas

Easements
Where a report says the state cadastre draws an easement on a lot, it comes from the state government's published cadastre. The cadastre draws only some easements; the certificate of title is the full record.

Government school zones
School zones come from each education department's published map. The school confirms enrolment eligibility.

Water, sewer and stormwater mains
Where a report maps water, sewer or stormwater mains near a lot, they come from the council's published network data, and that report's sources page names the council and its credit. Mapped mains are a guide to what the council publishes, not a survey of what is in the ground.
Native vegetation
Where a report maps native vegetation on or near a lot, it comes from the state government's published vegetation mapping.

Where a report names the nearest bus stop, it comes from the state's published public transport timetable; the nearest station comes from OpenStreetMap.
