Data sources and licences
Struqt is built on Australian government data. This page acknowledges every publisher whose data compiles our feasibility reports, and names the licence where the publisher states one plainly. Where a jurisdiction's terms are more involved than a single licence name, we link to the publisher's own terms rather than summarise them. Specific dataset choices and integration details are intentionally omitted: attribution is owed to the publisher, not to our internal use.

Queensland council planning schemes
Queensland zoning is published per council. Where we hold a council's scheme locally, the zoning geometry is © the respective council and used under its open-data licence: Bundaberg (Crown copyright (CC-BY 4.0)) · Fraser Coast (CC-BY 2.5 AU) · Ipswich (Crown copyright (CC-BY 3.0 AU)) · Logan (Crown copyright (CC-BY 3.0 AU)) · Mount Isa (Crown copyright (CC-BY 3.0 AU)) · Noosa (Public (Noosa Council attribution waived)) · Redland (CC-BY-SA 4.0 (Redland City Council)) · Scenic Rim (Crown copyright). Zoning shown is indicative only and does not imply council endorsement: confirm current zoning with the relevant council before acting.
Development application registers
Development application records are sourced from each jurisdiction's open planning portal or council DA register under the listed licences.
