Maximum height
By Struqt’s architects · Updated June 2026
The tallest the building envelope can be — measured from natural ground level to the highest point of the roof. Often expressed in metres and a maximum number of storeys.
What it means for what you can build
The height limit decides how many storeys you can realistically fit — and whether going up is an option once site coverage or FSR is maxed out.
